Super Duper Detailed Registration Instructions:

 

Lone Wolf

Those without a team :

• If you don’t have friends, don’t worry, we'll will hook you up!  Just select the “Lone Wolf” team on the registration form.

• If you don’t have a team but have a couple of friends you want to be on a team with, just list their names on the registration form

 

Captains

• If you'd like to captain a team, email gleason@ustaphoenix.com with your name, team name, and level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and we will approve you as the team captain so you and your teammates can register

• Wait patiently for your confirmation email :)

 

Team Members

With a team name from your captain:

• After your captain has registered your team, click above link

• Click "Register Now" in the upper-righthand corner

• Fill out the required personal information fields

• Under "Signing up as" select "Participant - I am already on a team"

• Under "Division/Team" select your team name/captain's name
